* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An upper level storm system and above normal atmospheric moisture will combine to create several rounds of rainfall overnight through late tonight. Rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches with isolated totals of 6 to 8 inches are possible.
